Understanding the Billing Process When Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrading your FeedbackRobot plan is quick and transparent. The moment you click Upgrade Plan, a billing window appears where you can review charges, add promotion codes, enter billing details, and choose your payment method. Step 1: Open the Billing Window

1. Log in to FeedbackRobot and navigate to Account Settings → Upgrade Plan
2. Click the Upgrade button on your current plan card.
3. The billing window will slide in from the right.

Step 2: Review Your Plan Charges

• Plan Name and Price - Confirm the monthly or annual rate (ex Pro – $49/month).
• Subtotal - Shows the plan cost before taxes or discounts.
• Total Added to Next Invoice - Indicates the amount that will appear on your upcoming invoice—no immediate charges today.

Step 3: Apply a Promotion Code (If You Have One)

1. Click Add promotion code below the Subtotal.
2. Enter your code (ex WEBINAR25 ) and click Apply.
3. Verify that the discount reduces your subtotal and total accordingly.

Step 4: Enter Billing Information

• Email - Pre-filled with your account email, update if needed.
• Full Name and Address - Used for invoicing and tax calculation.
• Country, City, State, ZIP - Select from dropdowns or type to auto-complete.

Note: No physical shipment will occur; this information is required to calculate applicable taxes and generate accurate invoices.

Step 5: Choose Your Payment Method

FeedbackRobot supports multiple payment options:

• Card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
• Cash App Pay - Fast, secure checkout via Cash App

Select the radio button next to your preferred method, then enter your card or Cash App credentials in the secure fields that appear.

Step 6: Subscribe and Confirm

1. (Optional) Check Save my information for faster checkout to store your payment details for future upgrades or renewals.
2. Click the Subscribe button at the bottom.
3. You’ll see a confirmation message, your plan is now upgraded, and the new rate will apply starting your next billing period.
